Add ability to choose input other than just pdf's, this would greatly increase interest as conversion to icon is a much desired feature for me!

Add a Watch Folder feature

Add a Watch Folder feature so that anytime PDF files are moved or copied to it they will automatically be converted using default settings to their constituent images.
